3 Great Fat-Burning Meals

Want to burn off your body fat fast and replace it with lean, toned, sexy muscle? The formula for fast, healthy weight loss -- as well as total body transformation -- is simple. Exercise regularly and eat fresh, natural, quality meals several times per day.

Here are 3 meals that can help you boost your metabolism, burn fat, and get a great-looking body faster. Eat them often -- along with other meals like them -- as often as you can!

Power Salad

Mix some leafy salad greens such as romaine lettuce and baby spinach with some chopped up tomato, onion, and/or cucumber. Add a chopped up grilled chicken breast as well as a sliced or crumbled hard boiled egg. Top with low-fat ranch dressing or virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Add some fresh ground pepper and/or a small amount of sea salt if you want.


Power Chicken Sandwich

Put a grilled chicken breast on 100% whole wheat bread. Add slices of fresh tomato and avocado. You can also mashup the avocado to use as a tasty spread. Top with fresh ground pepper and/or sea salt. Add a very small amount of mayonnaise if you want... but use the "normal" kind, not the high-sugar "low fat" variety.


Power Oatmeal

Into a bowl of plain rolled or steel-cut oatmeal, mix half a scoop of whey protein powder. Add a small amount of milk. Add a small spoonful of natural peanut butter. If you want to sweeten it, add a cut-up ripe banana and/or a small amount of stevia powder.


All of these power "fat-burning" meals provide tons of high-quality protein, lots of healthy high-fiber carbohydrates, plenty of good fats, plus a wide array of important vitamins, minerals, and enzymes.
