4 Ways to Avoid "Bad" Carbs

The types of carbohydrates that you eat can make a huge difference in the way you look. Eat the right carbs and you'll be lean, fit, and healthy. Eat the wrong carbs and you'll be overweight, flabby, and unhealthy.

Here are 3 tips to help you avoid those "bad" carbs that make you fat and sick...

1. Avoid anything that comes out of a bag or a box.

If a food comes out of a bag or a box, it's probably not very good for you. 99% of foods that are packed in a bag or a box are highly processed and don't contain the kinds of carbs your body is designed to consume.

2. Avoid all refined sugars.

Refined/processed sugars are probably the worst things you can eat or drink. They spike your blood sugar and insulin levels, make you fat, and, over time, they can lead to some major health problems.

No matter what, avoid all junk food, candy, and sodas that contain simple refined sugars!

3. Avoid all refined flours.

Food made with refined flours are not the kinds of food you want to eat, especially if you want to lose weight. The human body simply does not process refined/processed flour very well.

If your goal is fast and healthy weight loss -- or even just great health and fitness -- avoid all white breads, cereals, pastas, etc.
