Simple Diet Changes = Faster, Healthier Weight Loss

Losing weight fast and in a healthy way doesn't have to be that difficult or complicated. In fact, just by making a few small, simple diet changes can have a BIG impact on your weight loss progress. There are almost always better low-calorie and healthy options for those high-calorie/high-sugar/high-fat foods that are blocking your fat loss progress.

Here are a few examples:

- Substitute high-sugar sodas for seltzer water with fresh-squeezed lime juice (or a small amount of fruit juice)

- Instead of putting mayonnaise on your sandwiches try spreading on some fresh avocado

- Spicy mustard is another great substitute for mayo

- Replace high-calorie side dishes like french fries and potato salad with steamed veggies drizzled with olive oil or even butter

- Small side salads topped with low-calorie dressing also make great side dish alternatives

- Fresh-cut fruit salads are another great side dish option. Top with low-cal whipped cream or drizzle with a small amount of honey to turn them into a delicious desert!

- Choose leaner meats over fatty steaks, fried chicken, and hamburgers. Grilled chicken, fish, and pork (lean cuts) can all be prepared in ways that make them very enjoyable alternatives.

- When it comes to breads, pastas, and cereals always choose 100% whole-grain options.

- Substitute fattening breakfast foods like pork bacon and sugary pastries with turkey bacon, oatmeal, whole grain/low-sugar cereals, yogurt, whole-grain breads and muffins, etc.

Once you get into the habit of making healthy food substitutions it will be much easier to lose your body fat and create a leaner, healthier body fast!
